Agency Staff

Supported Living
For those who require them, we provide staff to carry out supported living duties in a professional and caring way. Support workers support individuals who wish to live independently in the community regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, beliefs or religion, support need or preferences. We have a duty of care to provide a safe support led by you as you are the expert of your life.
Live in - Care
A great alternative to a care home, our Live-in Carers stay seven days a week to provide reassurance hands-on practical support. Whether it be a helping hand with the morning routine, or intensive support for clients with complex needs, our Live-in Carers are trained to think of everything. Get in touch and we'll introduce you to some of great Live-in Carers so you can pick the one that's right for your family. At MHS24 we make this possible by providing you with experienced, highly trained and empathetic live-in carers who can look after your loved ones in their own homes.
Community support team
Our carers provide support so you or your loved one can live happily and safely at home. We'll work with you to tailor a care plan that suits your needs. This could include support with household tasks washing up, laundry,meal preparation, moving around safely, medication reminders and more. Book care when it suits you as many hours as you can.
We offer community support such as sitting service, waking nights and sleep-ins in your own home.
Sleep in :
Sleep in carers will usually sleep at client’s address to provide extra reassurance to service users who are worried or anxious about being alone at night.
Night Wake:
The carer will be awake and able to respond to client’s requests whether it is medication prompts, a cup of tea or to make sure that client is positioned comfortably.
